Return & Warranty Policy

At Stride & Stroke, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience possible. While we generally do not accept returns due to a change of mind, we’re happy to assist you with concerns regarding defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for products that have a manufacturing defect or were incorrectly shipped. Here’s how we can help:

      • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
      • Provide a brief description of the issue along with clear photos/videos of the item.
      • Our team will assess the claim and guide you on the next steps.

Items must be returned to us at the customer’s expense for inspection. The item must be complete and in its original packaging. Claims can only be validated after the company has inspected the returned item.

If your claim is approved, we will:

      • Replace the item with the same model (subject to availability).
      • If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for an item of equal or higher value (the price difference will be shouldered by the buyer).
      • Issue store credit (valid for 1 year) in the form of an online code that can be used on our [Stride & Stroke website].

Non-Returnable Items

    • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
    • Products used in salt, fresh, or chlorinated water (e.g., swim gear, dive equipment).
    • Pre-ordered items, as they are specially ordered for you.

Special Cases

Returns for store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the company’s review and discretion. If approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply. The store credit will be issued as an online code, valid for 1 year on the [Stride & Stroke website].


Warranty Coverage

All brand-new purchases come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects:

    • 1 year for normal use.
    • 6 months if used for rental purposes.
    • Apparel is not covered under warranty.

We do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or modifications. A replacement will only be considered if the item is beyond repair and approved by our suppliers.
